The Multi-Purpose Intelligent Device
How It Works
The principle
The system is designed to operate the five evaporation tanks in a synchronized sequence, with one tank actively producing water at a time. Water vapor generated under controlled heat and vacuum is directed through the installed condenser, where it is cooled and converted back into recovered liquid water.
This modular approach would allow customers to begin with a system sized for their immediate requirements and add capacity as their water demand grows. Other production possibilities for large-scale water recycling within the same footprint are very simple to achieve.
Configured to your water
The MPID is configured to the contaminants a facility actually discharges. Different industries and different customers present different profiles, so each system is set up for that specific stream rather than for a generic one.
Our engineers analyze your water before any equipment is specified. The configuration follows from what the analysis finds.
No treatment chemicals. No filter media.
Integration & Deployment
Built to your facility, not to a catalog.
Why one system cannot fit every plant
Our engineers reverse-engineer the MPID to the site. We bring a mobile unit to your facility, collect data on how water moves through your operation, and identify where the contamination originates. The equipment is then configured to recover that specific stream.
Works alongside what you already have
The MPID integrates with existing wastewater equipment rather than replacing it. Most facilities have already invested in treatment infrastructure, and this adds recovery to that system instead of asking you to start over.
Mobile and self-contained
The unit is self-contained and can operate at remote sites without established utility infrastructure.
Monitored Remotely
Sensors throughout the system report in real time.
